The Human Intelligences Curriculum

Grades measure what a child knows. These strands build who a child becomes. Distinction teaches them the only way they can be taught: through real projects, coached by Cora, with the growth kept as dated evidence in a record you own. In the early years, before your child's own access to Cora begins at ten, the strands shape how Cora guides you as the parent.

Young children in a circle learning about emotions

Resiliency

What it takes to keep going when a project stalls, a plan breaks, or the first attempt fails. Resiliency is the first strand, and Book One is published in full, free, no account needed. Cora coaches it through real setbacks in your child's own projects, and the record keeps the evidence of every recovery.

Empathy

Reading people, taking another perspective, and acting on it. This strand grew out of The Empathy Curriculum, taught daily at a working international school since 2020 with children as young as two. Inside Distinction it shapes how Cora guides you in the early years: what to notice in your child this year, and what to do about it.

Leadership

Taking responsibility for something real: a project, a team, an outcome someone else depends on. Leadership here is never a title. It is built through projects with real stakes, and the record holds the dated proof that your child carried them.

The curriculum is free to read. The coaching, the projects, and the record are what a profile adds. Start the record from birth. Your child's own access begins at ten.
