For independent consultants, school counselors, and mentors
A dated, chronological record your strategy can build on.
With most programs, coaching between sessions is an add-on. Here, it is the product.
Every record you will review here began with the same half hour intake, so the evidence reads the same way from student to student. How records begin.

The premise, honestly
By the time a family reaches you, the evidence usually lives in memory. Distinction families arrive with a dated, chronological record instead: projects, milestones, reflections in the student's own words, obstacles and what followed them, and the adults who observed each stage.
The division of labor
Distinction built and preserved the developmental record; the student did the work in their own voice; the consultant owns strategy, lists, requirements, essay feedback and submission. Distinction never writes applications and never claims admission outcomes.
The recommender problem
No single teacher has known the student for three years. A teacher from two schools ago observed something real, and that observation is dated, specific, and still in the file. Evidence is organized by who directly observed which stage, so a new recommender can read what came before without pretending they were there for it.
See what a Distinction evidence pack looks like before a consultant receives it. This one is an example record, not a real student.
Every export a counselor or adviser might open is on the exports page: the complete record, the evidence pack, the recommender pack, and who decides what leaves.
What it costs
US$99 a month for fifteen students, then US$5 for each one after that.
